1. I wish to have Harbour Lagoon Management Inc., arrange the rental of my;
i) Week No. , Unit No. , for the year .
ii) Week No. , Unit No. , for the year .
iii) Week No. , Unit No. , for the year .
2. I am the current Owner and my maintenance fees are paid in full for this calendar year. The unit/s I wish to have rented is/are not at this time spacebanked with Resort Condominium’s International.
3. I understand that Harbour Lagoon Management Inc. has the right to set the rental rates for the unit and rent the unit/s on a nightly, mini-week or weekly basis. Harbour Lagoon Management Inc. is under no obligation to me if the unit is not rented.
4. I also understand that as an Owner I receive the income generated from the rental of my unit for the period rented less a 40% administrative fee, which is retained by Harbour Lagoon Management Inc.
5. I wish to have my rental income applied to , year maintenance fees (initial here) .
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
1. A unit cannot be put on the rental program until Harbour Lagoon Management Inc has received a signed rental agreement.
2. Rental agreements will normally only be accepted up to ten (10) days prior to the check-in date for the week.
3. When returning a signed rental agreement, you relinquish all rights to use that vacation week. The only exception will be if none of the seven nights are rented.
4. Harbour Lagoon Management Inc. will not accept any partial week rentals.
