MORE INFORMATION:
Harbour Inn has 33 Studio Suites and 10 One-Bedroom Suites.
Studio Suites 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112 have a queen murphy bed which folds up into the wall and shower stall only.
Second floor studio suites 215 & 216 have full balconies.
All other second floor suites have french balcony.
One-Bedroom Suites are;
101, 119, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 207, 209, 225
All ground floor units begin with a "1" and have a small patio. We do not have an elevator to the second floor suites. There is a sundeck on the second floor.
Odd Number Units = Lagoon View
Even Number Units = Garden View
Occupancy begins Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and ends the following Saturday at 11:00 a.m. The facilities are not available before check-in or after check-out.
2008 MAINTENANCE FEES:
STUDIO - $369.77 PER WEEK
ONE-BEDROOM - $441.63 PER WEEK

TO PURCHASE OR LEASE, what is the difference?
To Purchase from the Resort:
- You choose the desired week whether it is blue, white or red (high season) time with RCI
- Purchase price is based on the season
- Ownership is by deed & title
- Purchase Agreement is drafted by resort personnel and mailed to you
- A lawyer is required to prepare and register the deed and the Assumption Agreement at Land Titles. Both parties need their owne independent Lawyer
- Fees are paid to the lawyer of your choice for his/her services
- Fees are paid to the Corporation’s lawyer to hold in trust for the purchase price and the maintenance fees if applicable
- Maintenance fees are due if the week has not been used through RCI, or has not passed the start date
- A percent of interest is owned at Harbour Inn depending on the week purchased
- RCI membership can be updated or purchased
- All registered owners have the right to vote at the Annual Meeting
- All registered owners have the right to run as a candidate for election to the Board of Directors
- If maintenance fees are not paid, then Quit Claim Deed or Power of Sale action will occur
- Maintenance fees are billed in November with a December 1st invoice date and are due by January 1st
- Maintenance fees can be paid by cash, debit, credit card (Visa & Master Card only) or by cheque. Options are available to pay in installments by cheque only
To Lease from the Resort:
- You choose the desired week whether it is blue or white time with RCI, weeks 20 to 42 and 51 & 52 are not available to lease
- Lease Agreement is drafted by the resort personnel
- No purchase price or lawyers fees required
- Lease fee is required once to draft the Agreement and is not billed every year
- Fees are paid directly to the Resort for the lease fee and maintenance fees if applicable
- RCI membership can be updated or purchased
- Maintenance fees are billed in November with a December 1st invoice date and are due by January 1st
- Maintenance fees can be paid by cash, debit, credit card (Visa & Master Card only) or by cheque. Options are available to pay in installments by cheque only
- If maintenance fees are not paid by March 26th the lease week will be cancelled by the Resort and put back onto the Resale program
